As a sailboat lifts its sails you can receive the energies. It can power and move you to greater heights. The reception of these energies is a very individual thing. The individuality has to do with your physical body in the earth, on the earth, of the earth. It also has to do with that alchemical mix that occurs with your soul coming more and more into your physical body. Each is unique in their own existence.   "The membrane that defines your field is at a distance of arm's length. This is the energy that you are able to work with in the body and outside of the body. Issues of boundaries among individuals are present and are important. As you become more of who you are, you let go of being controlled by others defining you from childhood through the crown chakra and other ways. Then you will honor your own individuality. You will experience a greater sense of self, the boundaries of self and the honoring within yourself instead of playing back others' tapes about you. You will be directly honoring your own self.   "So this is what there is to work with for this pair of channelings. First letting go of others' control of you, others' determinations of who you are and your taking on their energies through the physical body and your energy to define yourself. You are letting go of that. And then secondarily is the receiving, as the sailboat lifts its sails, receiving those energies coming in to power yourself, to feel within yourself your own existence within your body.   "These are exciting times, blessings to all.   Questioner: "You said that it is very individual and this is dependant on the physical body can you clarify that a little bit about what is dependant on the physical body? Is it our genetics or something else?   CoC: "Each physical body is unique and in some ways the physical body is more unique than the soul aspect. So when the soul comes in it is able to mix with the body, fuse with the body and create even more individual energetic expression. So yes your genetics passes on to you but also your own physical embodiment, your environment has shaped you in certain ways. So this makes you even more unique than your genetics.   Q: "So you aren't speaking so much to limitations or are you talking to that as well.   CoC: "No, I am simply talking about the purity of uniqueness. It is not bad, it is not good, well usually it is good. That is what you signed up for.   Q: "Yes, that we express what we signed up for. Q: "And then you talk about lifting your sails. Do you want to speak a little bit more about that, the different ways to lift your sails or is it intent? What more about that can you speak to?   CoC: "This honoring of your own uniqueness is first a way that determines how you are to lift your sails and in what ways to experience where you are to go. The energies will help you move there but this again is an expression of the uniqueness, what draws you, what physical experiences in the body attract you, draw you into action in a certain way.   Q:" You are basically talking about things coming from the inside out now.   CoC: "Yes   Q: "Not really looking to teachers or probably even practices so much.   CoC: "Yes. Some individuals need to do this yet but those who are ready will know.
